It has been a long run
MMH has made me sign up for the Cherry Blossom 10 - Miler. This will be a challenge given how out of shape (which is reallly just a nice way of saying "fat") I am. The recent "unpleasantness" at work has translated into 80 to 90 hour work weeks...which i don't exactly mind, but it certainly cuts into the workout time. In order to facilitate the desire to workout, I recently purchased an ipod NANO and have downloaded a plethora of songs, including the following hits:
"Shimmer" by Fuel - why do i like this song?
"Tension" by the 10,000 Maniacs - I wonder if the jamestown music set is still this socially aware?
"Brimful of Asha" by Cornershop - Too bad this song came out in 1997 or my high school year book would say "everyone needs a bosom for a pillow"...mmh just noted that i'm pretty much out of luck.
"Everything Falls Apart" by Dog's Eye View - "if did my job what would you complain about?"
"I Touch Myself" by The Divinyls - if i had a nickel for everything a chick told me this i'd have no money.
"Titanic Set" by Gaelic Storm - from the herding cats album - too bad its too early for a Guinness.
"Toms Diner" by DNA and Susan Vega.
"Disappear" by INXS - Reminds me of our Honeymoon.
"Freak of The Week" Marvelous Three - "all the geeks i meet all look cooler than me.
"Sometimes a River" by the String Cheese Incident. - I am totally going to a festival this year...if they promise to keep the dirty smelly people away from me.
"Sunday Bloody Sunday (live 1983)" - From Live Under a Blood Red Sky - MDH was pretty hip back for a 10 year old in '83.
Well, hopefully now i can get off the couch to workout, or at least clean my room.
MTH

I believe that you did get up and run but since your room is still a mess, not sure if the cleaning of the room ever happened :)
